Property Management & Snowbird Services
Price: $50 – $150 per visit
Daily or weekly check-ins on your property while you are away. Services can include:
- Mail / Package Pickup
- Watering Plants
- Checking Mechanicals
- Maintain Premises
- Perform Other Work As Requested
Exact pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. Minimum visit charge of $150.
Prices do not include materials unless specified. Materials to be billed at cost.
